The conversation really captured many of the central themes for the conference and gave the audience insight into innovation and ideas and their impact on millions of people around the globe.
Zero Trust was out front security-wise
Dell's end-to-end security portfolio presentation demonstrated their comprehensive approach to security. This approach, which extends from individual devices to expansive cloud networks, underscores Dell's mission to secure every link in the digital chain, offering a complete solution to our interconnected world's complex security needs. Leading the way was Zero Trust and its ability to enhance an organization's security posture in an increasingly insecure world. Dell's Federal CTO Herb Kelsey and I did our best to demystify zero trust for the audience. It was a great session and covered many important areas of Dell's Zero Trust Strategy.
Note: You can watch Herb and I discussing "Demystifying Zero Trust" here.
One of the things Herb and I covered during our discussion was the Zero Trust Truck. It is a highly customized Ford F350 truck that can be deployed providing secure 5G connectivity utilizing Dell's zero trust principles, along with 30 partners technologies. It left an indelible impression on me. This truck, a tangible symbol of Dell's unwavering commitment to security, is just another example of the company’s robust response to the escalating landscape of cyber threats.
By embracing the Zero Trust model, Dell has reinforced its commitment to fortified digital defenses, striking at the heart of rising cybersecurity concerns.
